The Government of Ghana has officially endorsed the Black Star Balloon Tour, a nationwide campaign designed to rally support for the Black Stars while promoting patriotism, national unity, tourism, and youth engagement.
Speaking at the launch in Accra, Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Hon. Yussif Issaka Jajah, described the initiative as a powerful movement that celebrates Ghana’s resilience, pride, and collective spirit.

The tour will travel across all regions, giving citizens the opportunity to sign a symbolic balloon and leave messages of encouragement for the national team ahead of future international competitions.

Government officials, MPs, traditional leaders, corporate executives, football enthusiasts, and members of the diplomatic corps attended the launch, reaffirming their commitment to supporting the Black Stars as Ghana prepares for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and beyond.
